LoRaWAN Gateway is an industrial LoRa gateway for LoRa telemetry scenarios where coverage and reliability are critical. The offline gateway variant can buffer data and sync it once connectivity is restored.

PCB Design

Packaging machine controller with Modbus RTU communication

Complete STM32-based controller project for a production packaging line. Scope included electronic schematics, PCB layout with signal and power layers, component selection and firmware bring-up.

Temperature and humidity monitoring module for cold storage

Data acquisition system for 24-bit analog sensors

Firmware for a measurement system collecting data from four 24-bit ADC channels over SPI. Implementation included digital filtering, offset and gain calibration, and USB CDC export to a PC application.

Electric drive control system with PID regulation

BLDC drive controller design with PID loop and operator interface (4.3-inch touch display). Galvanic isolation, thermal and short-circuit protection, and EMC compliance for industrial environments.

BLE 5.0 wireless remote prototype for a medical device

Hardware and firmware design of a CR2032-powered remote with BLE 5.0 communication. Ultra-low power consumption (avg. ~8 uA), BLE certification readiness, transport-layer encryption and secure device pairing.

CAN bus telemetry system for special vehicles
